Anne Phung Nguyen
My name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in the beautiful Orange County California with my amazing husband JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. My Instagram account @annephung is where I am most popular with my followers. I share my day-to-day life, both positive and negative. It was 1990 that my family relocated to America. In the age of one and a quarter, I joined my parents. My parents were the source of my inspiration and helped me to become successful. I believed that my life would be one way or another: I'd graduate from college, land an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then get married and start with a family. The lifestyle I had planned for me wasn't what it turned out to be. Money and the prestige of my position didn't make me feel happy. I felt as if I had wasted my time for an income. The passion I have for fitness as well as my desire to socialize with people helped me pursue a new career as an instructor. The business I started in 2014. It is my seven-year anniversary this year. Few Asian women have a job in the industry of fashion. In the coaching industry I would like to be a positive influence by providing quality training to help others become healthier and more content. I am also committed to empowering others so they can achieve their goals, follow their passions and live the life of your dreams. When my work was taking off, I suffered the most devastating loss in my entire life to date- the passing of my mother. After an eight-year struggle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's at peace on Heaven. I will never forget her, and always remember her in my mind as well as my heart. The universe has the capacity to give us precisely what we require, even when we're unable to comprehend the lesson in this moment. It was my mother's abrupt death that altered my life for the better. In my opinion, I was given a second chance to live my the next stage of my life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. The opportunity was there to begin her new life, and I got my second shot at a fulfilling and happy life. As I enter my 30's, I feel more vibrant than I have ever. I am able to say that I live now instead of merely living just like I did before. My life is shared and experiences with you, hoping that you'll be able to connect by my experiences and words for you to feel secure knowing that you're not on your own, to know that you are beyond capable of anything you set your mind to that true love exists that therapy is a necessity and normal that health truly is your most valuable asset. As death is all that we can have I want you to enjoy living your life to the fullest and leave without regrets.
